Installation

Installation is quick and easy.  Instructions and pictures are in the maintenance manual. Uncrate and setup takes two men under three hours.  Here’s how it happens:

Uncrate:

Use a power screwdriver to remove crate top and sides

Lift machine off skid:

A forklift is handy, but we use a manual 1k forklift.

Attach and level tables:

Each of the 2 tables attach with three bolts and two supports.

Attach and adjust backstop:

Attach with two bolts.  Adjust per manual pictures and instructions.

Connect air supply:

Attach your supply hose to the ¾" NPT quick disconnect (included.) Machines exported are fitted with a metric adaptor.

Connect electric supply:

The machine comes with cables and standard wall plugs.  Plug into a standard 110v or 220v wall outlet.  Machines exported are pre-fitted with that country’s standard plug.

That’s all!

The EZ Boxmaker is ready to run!  Turn on, program a box, and start slotting and scoring!
