SETUP:

On the keypad, enter:

Box parameters – Length, width, height (depth), board thickness, and glue tab length.

Displayed:

Box blank size, and backstop (slot depth.) 

Set:

Backstop position

Video:  Set backstop

Time:

Normally about 30 seconds to complete setup

RUN:

On the keypad, select:

One of several different run options

Insert:

Pre-cut corrugated box blank

Motor-driven rollers move the blank to each slot position

At each slot position, a guillotine mechanism inside the machine stamps a slot and sets the box's body score

As the box blank goes through the machine, a roller sets the flap scores

Insert:

The second side.  Slots and scores are set on the opposite side.
