Installation: | Quick and easy. Instructions and pictures are in the maintenance manual. Uncrate and setup takes two men in half a day. Here’s how it happens: |
Uncrate: | Use a power screwdriver to remove crate top and sides |
Lift machine off skid: | You'll need a 5k forklift to do this |
Attach feet: | 4 feet, 4 bolts each
Feet are adjustable; level the boxmaker |
Lift and level tables: | Lift infeed and outfeed tables. Fit support rods in place and secure with pin. |
Attach side fences: | Attach each fence (2) with two bolts. |
Connect air supply: | Attach your supply hose to the 1/4" quick disconnect (included.) Machines exported are fitted with a metric adaptor. |
Connect electric supply: | The boxmaker comes with (USA) standard 30 amp 4-wire (3 phase and ground) twist-lock plug. |
That’s all! | The EZ Boxmaker is ready to run! Turn on, program a box, and start slotting and scoring! |
