Correspond with a Service Technician Via Email:	Email support07@ezbox.com with your requests. - Please be specific, and attach a picture, if applicable. - Include your name, position, and company - Support email is checked periodically throughout the working day, usually twice a day on weekends and holidays. - Response is usually same day (if received late, next day) Charges: None.
Visit by Service Technician On-site:	You'll probably never need one! If any issue arises, it's probably simple and can be resolved over the phone. But if needed, EZB can usually respond within a day or two of your request. Charges: Time and expenses. Please contact for current rates.

Program updates are available to customers at no charge. Please request your update via email to support07@ezbox.com Updates will be emailed. You may upload to your equipment via laptop or desktop computer*. EZ Boxmaker, current program versions:

b. IDC Application Developer (shipped with your equipment; free download available)
